4. AI-Generated Content
4.1 Ownership
Content generated through our AI tools is created based on your prompts. Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan:
- Personal Use: All users may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing at home, classroom use).
- Commercial Use: Commercial use rights (e.g., selling prints, print-on-demand) are available only with qualifying subscription plans. Please see your plan details for specific rights.
4.2 No Guarantee of Uniqueness
AI models may generate similar or identical outputs for similar prompts. We do not guarantee that any generated content is unique or that it does not resemble existing works.
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.
5. User-Generated Content
By uploading images or creating public collections, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your original uploads.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Brothers IT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROTHERS IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brothers IT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sakarya, Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
